Do you listen carefully and want to understand what businesses deal with in their day-to-day work? We are looking for people from Leoben to work with us on a self-employed basis, conducting factual, attentive conversations about availability by phone.
Your tasks
You build your conversation preparation around operational questions: Which calls reach the company, when do bottlenecks occur, and which enquiries require personal attention? You summarise the answers into a clear picture of the company's needs. You explain confirmed information about the AI telephone assistant being offered and clarify which potential uses should be examined more closely in the next conversation.
What you bring
You speak German clearly and can explain technical topics in an accessible way. You familiarise yourself carefully with approved information and ask targeted follow-up questions when specialist queries arise.
Your development
You can focus your personal development on specific skills: explaining clearly, listening attentively, following up appropriately, and recognising limits. This requires practice, self-reflection, and a realistic view of outcomes.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
