A good conversation connects initial interest with a suitable solution. Working independently from Graz, you can clarify what questions businesses have about their availability by phone and who can make decisions about it.
Your tasks
You support the sales needs assessment from the first contact through to a prepared consultation. To do this, you clarify who is responsible within the company and which problem needs to be addressed. You listen attentively, identify specific requests for information, and organise follow-up questions. You then summarise the requirements and prepare a well-informed handover for further consultation.
What you bring
Experience in sales or customer contact can help. Career changers are also welcome if they listen attentively, work reliably, and familiarise themselves independently with the system being offered.
Your development
You can gain experience in discussing technical possibilities from a business perspective. An important skill is being open when a question first requires specialist assessment.
How you work
This role can be carried out from home. You need a reliable digital working environment and a clear system for organising your contacts.
Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Illustrative calculation
To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
