Many businesses have to manage customer contact alongside their ongoing work. Would you like to understand their processes and discuss potential improvements? If so, you may be interested in working with us on a self-employed sales basis from Steyr.
Your tasks
Your responsibilities include recording follow-up questions about the AI telephone assistant and providing the relevant information. You explain approved product details clearly and clarify which points should be explored in greater depth in the next conversation. You reliably follow up on agreements made during conversations. The answers form an organised overview that enables the adviser responsible to address the company's actual needs.

You bring curiosity about business processes and digital support. You want to understand a company's requirements for its availability by phone and which related questions need to be clarified.
Your development
You can build a reliable working routine for preparation, conversations, and follow-up. This includes setting realistic goals for yourself and keeping track of the effort required for each step.
How you work
This self-employed role is intended to be carried out from home. Careful planning helps you combine customer conversations with preparation and follow-up.
Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
