Do you listen carefully and want to understand what businesses deal with in their day-to-day work? We are looking for people from Erfurt to work with us on a self-employed basis, conducting factual, attentive conversations about availability by phone.
Your tasks
In the initial conversation, you explore how a business handles incoming enquiries and when responding becomes difficult. You distinguish between appointment requests, general information and matters requiring personal advice. You then organise the business's expectations and present approved information about the AI telephone assistant on offer. For the next conversation, you prepare a clear overview of specific questions and the most important requirements.
What you bring
You can ask open-ended questions, summarise answers, and respect business interests. Working independently also requires a reliable daily routine and a willingness to follow up carefully on agreements made during conversations.
Your development
If you enjoy talking to people, this role can help you sharpen your understanding of how organisational processes connect. You refine your own questions and become better at identifying which information is still needed for a consultation.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
