A good conversation connects initial interest with a suitable solution. Working independently from Lübeck, you can clarify what questions businesses have about their availability by phone and who can make decisions about it.
Your tasks
You support the sales needs assessment from the first contact through to a prepared consultation. To do this, you clarify who is responsible within the company and which problem needs to be addressed. You listen attentively, identify specific requests for information, and organise follow-up questions. You then summarise the requirements and prepare a well-informed handover for further consultation.
What you bring
You can turn goals into manageable work steps and assess your own progress objectively. Sales experience, a career restart, or many years of practical experience can each provide a different foundation for this.

Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
