A helpful solution starts with a business's actual needs. We are looking for self-employed sales partners from Dortmund to discuss availability by phone, ask questions, listen attentively, and agree on clear next steps.
Your tasks
You explain the intended path from the initial information conversation to a potential working relationship to interested businesses. You answer questions using approved information and collect topics for further consultation. You prepare the content of follow-up appointments and provide agreed responses as promised. In this way, you support a clear conversation process in which the people involved can readily identify the relevant contacts, information needs, and next steps.
What you bring
You can ask open-ended questions, summarise answers, and respect business interests. Working independently also requires a reliable daily routine and a willingness to follow up carefully on agreements made during conversations.
Your development
Each careful assessment of needs can strengthen your ability to explain benefits clearly. It remains essential that your statements match the confirmed offering and the company's situation.

Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
