Do you listen carefully and want to understand what businesses deal with in their day-to-day work? We are looking for people from Düsseldorf to work with us on a self-employed basis, conducting factual, attentive conversations about availability by phone.
Your tasks
You seek conversations with businesses that would like to organise their availability by phone more effectively. You first clarify the reason for the conversation and who is responsible, then explore the specific information needed. If there is interest, you summarise the key requirements and prepare a well-informed handover. Throughout this process, you handle business contact details and conversation notes carefully and in accordance with the agreed purpose.
What you bring
You want to work independently and understand that this requires self-organisation and financial responsibility. You can realistically assess your availability and working methods and make reliable arrangements around them.
Your development
You can develop your conversation skills by preparing targeted questions and evaluating outcomes. A useful learning step is to turn general wishes into specific, verifiable requirements.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
A non-binding numerical example: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed commission of 60 euros per month per customer, would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission revenue before costs, taxes and social security contributions. What matters is the conditions actually agreed and fulfilled.
