A company first needs clarity about its processes before it can assess a new solution. Would you like to support this initial stage? We are looking for self-employed sales professionals from Kassel who communicate calmly and reliably.
Your tasks
Your responsibilities include recording follow-up questions about the AI telephone assistant and providing the relevant information. You explain approved product details clearly and clarify which points should be explored in greater depth in the next conversation. You reliably follow up on agreements made during conversations. The answers form an organised overview that enables the adviser responsible to address the company's actual needs.
What you bring
You can work on a computer, prepare for conversations, and record outcomes clearly. You treat sensitive business information confidentially and limit your notes to what is necessary for the task.
Your development
The role gives you an opportunity to gain a more detailed understanding of business telephone workflows. You can learn which questions should be clarified before a product decision and when specialist support is needed.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
