Many businesses have to manage customer contact alongside their ongoing work. Would you like to understand their processes and discuss potential improvements? If so, you may be interested in working with us on a self-employed sales basis from Bayreuth.
Your tasks
In the initial conversation, you explore how a business handles incoming enquiries and when responding becomes difficult. You distinguish between appointment requests, general information and matters requiring personal advice. You then organise the business's expectations and present approved information about the AI telephone assistant on offer. For the next conversation, you prepare a clear overview of specific questions and the most important requirements.

You can ask open-ended questions, summarise answers, and respect business interests. Working independently also requires a reliable daily routine and a willingness to follow up carefully on agreements made during conversations.

You can build a reliable working routine for preparation, conversations, and follow-up. This includes setting realistic goals for yourself and keeping track of the effort required for each step.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
