Do you listen carefully and want to understand what businesses deal with in their day-to-day work? We are looking for people from Ingolstadt to work with us on a self-employed basis, conducting factual, attentive conversations about availability by phone.
Your tasks
You seek conversations with businesses that would like to organise their availability by phone more effectively. You first clarify the reason for the conversation and who is responsible, then explore the specific information needed. If there is interest, you summarise the key requirements and prepare a well-informed handover. Throughout this process, you handle business contact details and conversation notes carefully and in accordance with the agreed purpose.
What you bring
You handle follow-up questions calmly and accept a no. For you, a suitable working relationship develops through clear, well-founded advice and a voluntary decision by the business you approach.
Your development
You can gain experience in discussing technical possibilities from a business perspective. An important skill is being open when a question first requires specialist assessment.
How you work
This self-employed role is intended to be carried out from home. Careful planning helps you combine customer conversations with preparation and follow-up.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
