Do you listen carefully and want to understand what businesses deal with in their day-to-day work? We are looking for people from Pforzheim to work with us on a self-employed basis, conducting factual, attentive conversations about availability by phone.
Your tasks
Your responsibilities include recording follow-up questions about the AI telephone assistant and providing the relevant information. You explain approved product details clearly and clarify which points should be explored in greater depth in the next conversation. You reliably follow up on agreements made during conversations. The answers form an organised overview that enables the adviser responsible to address the company's actual needs.
What you bring
You want to work independently and understand that this requires self-organisation and financial responsibility. You can realistically assess your availability and working methods and make reliable arrangements around them.
Your development
The role gives you an opportunity to gain a more detailed understanding of business telephone workflows. You can learn which questions should be clarified before a product decision and when specialist support is needed.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
