Your tasks

You keep brief, clear records of follow-up questions and agreed next steps.

You bring curiosity about business processes and digital support. You want to understand a company's requirements for its availability by phone and which related questions need to be clarified.
Your development
You can improve your digital organisation and clearly document the status of conversations. An organised way of working makes it easier to follow through on agreed responses and pass open questions to the appropriate people.

Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.

For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions.
