Freedom in your working day and reliable conversations can go hand in hand. We are looking for interested people from Chur who want to take personal responsibility for selling an AI telephone assistant and structure their work around realistic personal goals.
Your tasks
You maintain an organised overview of your sales activities and document the current status of conversations. You record where there is general interest, which questions are being explored in more depth and when feedback has been agreed. You use this to plan your further work and ensure that the next contact builds on previous conversations and reliably addresses outstanding concerns.

Your development
An important step in your development can be learning to assess complex follow-up questions more precisely. Clearly describing what information is needed creates a sound basis for clarification by a specialist and for continuing a conversation.
How you work
This role can be carried out from home. You need a reliable digital working environment and a clear system for organising your contacts.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Illustrative calculation
A non-binding numerical example: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed commission of 60 euros per month per customer, would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission revenue before costs, taxes and social security contributions. What matters is the conditions actually agreed and fulfilled.
