Would you like to explain a digital topic clearly and engage with people's questions? From Graz, you can support businesses through the sales process for an AI telephone assistant and help them make informed decisions with clear information.
Your tasks
You introduce the AI telephone assistant using the approved product information and refer to the requirements previously stated. You explain confirmed information clearly and give the person you are speaking to room to ask follow-up questions. You coordinate outstanding points with the responsible team or contact and record what further information the prospective customer needs to form their own assessment.
What you bring
You can organise a business's various questions and clearly describe what needs clarification. Sales experience can help, but care and the ability to handle unfamiliar topics responsibly are essential.
Your development
You can learn to respond to people with very different levels of experience with AI. Respectful questions and factual explanations help you have constructive discussions and better understand different perspectives.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
Here is an example of how recurring commission can be calculated: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission multiplied by an assumed 60 euros per month would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This result is not promised.
