Freedom in your working day and reliable conversations can go hand in hand. We are looking for interested people from Steyr who want to take personal responsibility for selling an AI telephone assistant and structure their work around realistic personal goals.
Your tasks
You prepare follow-up conversations by clearly summarizing the questions raised so far and the agreed steps. During the discussion, you check which information is now available and which concerns should be explored in greater depth. You respond to changing expectations and agree on a next step that fits the company's current level of interest and stage in the decision-making process and is clear to both sides.
What you bring
You speak and write clear German and can communicate respectfully with business contacts. Attentiveness, a clear approach to conducting conversations and careful handling of information and commitments are important.
Your development
You can work on expressing product information in language that makes sense to the person you are speaking with. You combine clarity with accuracy and practise explaining key details with a clear connection to the question at hand.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
The calculation is simple; building a customer base takes work: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission x an assumed 30 euros per month would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This does not establish an expected income.
