Your tasks
You collect feedback from conversations about the AI telephone assistant and present it clearly. You identify recurring questions and record individual requirements separately. You use this overview to prepare specific points for further clarification and plan conversations more precisely. You make sure that queries and their corresponding answers remain easy to follow during subsequent work.
What you bring
You listen before beginning an explanation and address the actual questions of the person you are speaking to. You accept different levels of knowledge and a cautious attitude toward AI.
Your development
You can learn to respond to people with very different levels of experience with AI. Respectful questions and factual explanations help you have constructive discussions and better understand different perspectives.
How you work
This role can be carried out from home. You need a reliable digital working environment and a clear system for organising your contacts.
Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
