Freedom in your working day and reliable conversations can go hand in hand. We are looking for interested people from Zwickau who want to take personal responsibility for selling an AI telephone assistant and structure their work around realistic personal goals.
Your tasks
You introduce the AI telephone assistant using the approved product information and refer to the requirements previously stated. You explain confirmed information clearly and give the person you are speaking to room to ask follow-up questions. You coordinate outstanding points with the responsible team or contact and record what further information the prospective customer needs to form their own assessment.
What you bring
You speak and write clear German and can communicate respectfully with business contacts. Attentiveness, a clear approach to conducting conversations and careful handling of information and commitments are important.
Your development
You can learn to respond to people with very different levels of experience with AI. Respectful questions and factual explanations help you have constructive discussions and better understand different perspectives.
How you work
You work from home and plan your next steps independently. To support reliable collaboration, we agree on availability and responsibilities before you start.
Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
