Freedom in your working day and reliable conversations can go hand in hand. We are looking for interested people from Frankfurt (Oder) who want to take personal responsibility for selling an AI telephone assistant and structure their work around realistic personal goals.
Your tasks
You prepare follow-up conversations by clearly summarizing the questions raised so far and the agreed steps. During the discussion, you check which information is now available and which concerns should be explored in greater depth. You respond to changing expectations and agree on a next step that fits the company's current level of interest and stage in the decision-making process and is clear to both sides.
What you bring
You can work with focus from home and keep orderly records of your ongoing activities. You should be able to use digital tools in a way that keeps preparation, feedback and agreed next steps easy to follow.
Your development
Set yourself goals for improving your own work, such as more precise notes or more reliable follow-up. This allows you to develop your self-organisation through concrete tasks and manageable learning steps in self-employed sales.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
