Regularly reviewing your conversations can help you better recognise which preparation is useful. This supports an independent approach to work guided by actual requirements and results that can be clearly understood.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
