Good questions can move a business conversation forward significantly. For interested applicants from St. Gallen, we are looking for people who want to work on a self-employed basis and calmly establish what companies require from their appointment management.
Your tasks
You collect recurring questions about appointment management and use them to develop a personal reference overview for preparing your conversations. After a discussion, you record which questions elicited particularly helpful answers. This broadens your understanding of different processes and enables you to prepare and conduct further conversations purposefully, with a clear structure and suitable follow-up questions tailored to each situation.
What you bring
You communicate clearly in German and can document conversation outcomes precisely. You also record outstanding points and distinguish between confirmed information and your own conclusions.
Your development
You can learn to bring together different perspectives within a company objectively. A clear understanding of responsibilities and unanswered questions helps prepare a well-founded next step in the sales process.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
