Do you have experience in office work, customer service or administration and want to apply it in sales? Working from Biel/Bienne, you can ask companies about their appointment workflows and clearly identify their actual information needs.
Your tasks
You prepare the transition from the needs assessment to a possible product discussion. To do this, you organize the objectives and unanswered questions discussed and agree on the topics for the next conversation. You ensure that the purpose of the conversation is clear and that the people responsible receive the information they need to prepare.
What you bring
You can read digital documents, organize information and keep clear notes. You carefully familiarize yourself with new product questions and arrange appropriate clarification of outstanding points.
Your development
Set goals for the quality of your conversations, such as more precise summaries or clearer agreements. Steps like these help you recognize your own development in tangible terms as you go about your day-to-day self-employed work.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
