Do you have experience in office work, customer service or administration and want to apply it in sales? Working from Leoben, you can ask companies about their appointment workflows and clearly identify their actual information needs.
Your tasks
You prepare for conversations by reviewing publicly available information about the business and gathering relevant points relating to appointment management. You use these to develop tailored questions for the discussion. You organise your preparation so that you can quickly access relevant points while remaining attentive to new information from the person you are speaking with.
What you bring
You have the patience for a decision-making process involving several stages and can assess different interests objectively. Even when responses are reserved, you remain reliable, friendly and free of pressure.
Your development
Regularly reviewing your needs assessment notes can help you become more precise and concise. This skill helps you explain relevant connections clearly and makes it easier for a prospective customer to navigate their own decision-making questions.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
