Do you have experience in office work, customer service or administration and want to apply it in sales? Working from Flensburg, you can ask companies about their appointment workflows and clearly identify their actual information needs.
Your tasks
You address follow-up questions and reservations and ask about the experiences behind them. Together with the prospective customer, you identify which information would help them make an assessment. You arrange for the relevant clarification and agree on how the answer will feed into further discussions and which next step might then make sense.
What you bring
You listen attentively to others and want to understand their working lives. A respectful attitude and a genuine interest in the requirements they describe are essential for this sales role.
Your development
Regularly reviewing your needs assessment notes can help you become more precise and concise. This skill helps you explain relevant connections clearly and makes it easier for a prospective customer to navigate their own decision-making questions.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
