Do you have experience in office work, customer service or administration and want to apply it in sales? Working from Herne, you can ask companies about their appointment workflows and clearly identify their actual information needs.
Your tasks
You collect recurring questions about appointment management and use them to develop a personal reference overview for preparing your conversations. After a discussion, you record which questions elicited particularly helpful answers. This broadens your understanding of different processes and enables you to prepare and conduct further conversations purposefully, with a clear structure and suitable follow-up questions tailored to each situation.
What you bring
You can patiently ask about processes and summarize answers in an organized way. Experience in administration, customer service or sales is helpful, but entering from another field can also be a good fit if you work carefully.
Your development
A suitable learning goal is to derive precise follow-up questions from general statements. This can help you capture requirements more clearly and conduct conversations in a way that allows both sides to understand their purpose.

Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.

Here is an example of how recurring commission can be calculated: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission multiplied by an assumed 60 euros per month would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions.
