Would you like to organize your own working day and work toward clear conversation objectives? In this sales role, you work from Hagen to document a company's appointment workflows and assess its potential need for Terminking.
Your tasks
You clarify what has prompted a company to consider digital appointment management. You ask about changes in day-to-day operations, the expectations of those involved and the objectives of a possible next step. You organize the answers into a clear sequence so that the subsequent discussion can focus on the questions and priorities actually raised.
What you bring
You communicate clearly in German and can document conversation outcomes precisely. You also record outstanding points and distinguish between confirmed information and your own conclusions.
Your development
A suitable learning goal is to derive precise follow-up questions from general statements. This can help you capture requirements more clearly and conduct conversations in a way that allows both sides to understand their purpose.
How you work
Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
