You do not need to be an established sales professional to be interested in this role. What matters is that you want to work from Aachen, listen carefully and summarise appointment management requirements clearly.
Your tasks
You address follow-up questions and reservations and ask about the experiences behind them. Together with the prospective customer, you identify which information would help them make an assessment. You arrange for the relevant clarification and agree on how the answer will feed into further discussions and which next step might then make sense.
What you bring
You can follow through on tasks you set yourself while working from home and assess your progress honestly. This requires initiative, concentration and a willingness to regularly reconsider how you prepare for conversations.
Your development
By reviewing conversations carefully afterwards, you can identify which questions move the discussion forward and which are too vague. This can help you develop a personal way of working that combines structure and flexibility.
How you work
This self-employed role is intended to be carried out from home. Careful planning helps you combine customer conversations with preparation and follow-up.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
