Do you want to have conversations that go beyond a quick product introduction? In this self-employed needs assessment role, you work from Gelsenkirchen to examine responsibilities, expectations and decision-making questions surrounding a company's appointment management.
Your tasks
You prepare questions about how information flows in appointment management. During the conversation, you establish who needs which information and how arrangements are currently made. You ask for illustrative examples and summarize the processes described. You then work with the prospective customer to identify which topics are particularly important for further consideration of Terminking.
What you bring
You can patiently ask about processes and summarize answers in an organized way. Experience in administration, customer service or sales is helpful, but entering from another field can also be a good fit if you work carefully.

To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
