Your tasks
You coordinate responses to outstanding requirements and update the progress status. Within the agreed scope, you discuss with the prospective customer which answers are now available and whether their priorities have changed. You communicate clearly in German and can document conversation outcomes precisely. You also record outstanding points and distinguish between confirmed information and your own conclusions.
Your development
By reviewing conversations carefully afterwards, you can identify which questions move the discussion forward and which are too vague. This can help you develop a personal way of working that combines structure and flexibility.

Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.

A non-binding numerical example: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed commission of 60 euros per month per customer, would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission revenue before costs, taxes and social security contributions. What matters is the conditions actually agreed and fulfilled.
