Do you want to have conversations that go beyond a quick product introduction? In this self-employed needs assessment role, you work from Göttingen to examine responsibilities, expectations and decision-making questions surrounding a company's appointment management.
Your tasks
You prepare questions about how information flows in appointment management. During the conversation, you establish who needs which information and how arrangements are currently made. You ask for illustrative examples and summarize the processes described. You then work with the prospective customer to identify which topics are particularly important for further consideration of Terminking.

You enjoy working with clear questions while also being able to respond to unexpected answers. You adapt the way you conduct the conversation to the other person's understanding and situation.

Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
The calculation is simple; building a customer base takes work: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission x an assumed 30 euros per month would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This does not establish an expected income.
