Do you want to have conversations that go beyond a quick product introduction? In this self-employed needs assessment role, you work from Braunschweig to examine responsibilities, expectations and decision-making questions surrounding a company's appointment management.
Your tasks
You summarize the results of a needs assessment conversation in plain language. You describe the current process, the desired changes and the company's questions. You check with the person you are speaking to whether the summary accurately reflects their situation and, on this basis, agree on the next sensible step in the sales discussion about Terminking.
What you bring
You can read digital documents, organize information and keep clear notes. You carefully familiarize yourself with new product questions and arrange appropriate clarification of outstanding points.
Your development
You can develop your ability to distinguish essential information from secondary topics. This helps you summarize discussion outcomes clearly and align further discussions with the questions actually raised.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
