Do you have experience in office work, customer service or administration and want to apply it in sales? Working from Hanau, you can ask companies about their appointment workflows and clearly identify their actual information needs.
Your tasks
You prepare questions about how information flows in appointment management. During the conversation, you establish who needs which information and how arrangements are currently made. You ask for illustrative examples and summarize the processes described. You then work with the prospective customer to identify which topics are particularly important for further consideration of Terminking.
What you bring
You communicate clearly in German and can document conversation outcomes precisely. You also record outstanding points and distinguish between confirmed information and your own conclusions.

Precisely identifying the key points of a discussion is helpful for your development. This habit strengthens the accuracy of your needs assessments and the quality of the resulting documents.

Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
