Your tasks
You prepare initial conversations and ask about existing appointment scheduling processes. You explore responsibilities, recurring queries and the reasons for considering a change. You summarise the answers clearly and discuss which questions a further conversation about Terminking should address and who should be involved.
What you bring
You are interested in digital workflows and want to understand how businesses manage appointments. Rather than relying on detailed technical knowledge, you ask careful questions and are willing to check information before making a statement.
Your development
A useful personal learning goal is to make preparation and follow-up for conversations a regular routine. This allows you to recognise progress in the quality of your work and in increasingly clear next steps.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
