You can develop a self-directed working routine step by step. We are looking for interested people from Uster who want to explain digital appointment management clearly and pursue their sales goals with persistence and honest communication.
Your tasks
You support prospective customers from the first substantive discussion through to the agreed next step. You coordinate responses, keep track of outstanding points and agree on further contact. You respond to changing priorities and ensure that every conversation has a clear purpose and fits the business's current stage in the decision-making process.
What you bring
You are sufficiently confident using digital tools to organise information and prepare conversations. Care, reliability and a willingness to continually improve your working methods are what matter.
Your development
A useful development step is to adapt your explanations to the other person's level of knowledge. You practise describing digital topics in concrete terms with a clear connection to the situation at hand.

Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
The calculation is simple; building a customer base takes work: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission x an assumed 30 euros per month would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This does not establish an expected income.
