Your tasks
You explore recurring questions about digital appointment management and prepare clear information to support conversations about them. You match the questions to the available product information and clarify any additional information needs with the responsible team or contact. During the exchange, you check whether your explanation has answered the question and address the prospective customer's further concerns in a focused way.
What you bring
You can organise your working day at home independently and complete recurring tasks conscientiously. This includes focused preparation, clear notes and reliable follow-through on agreed responses.
Your development

How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
