Your tasks
You review your conversations and use what you learn to improve your sales materials. You refine wording, add helpful questions and check that your explanations are easy to understand. You compile recurring concerns as feedback. This helps you improve your preparation and address a prospective customer's requirements and questions more precisely in your next conversation.

You are sufficiently confident using digital tools to organise information and prepare conversations. Care, reliability and a willingness to continually improve your working methods are what matter.
Your development
You can develop through a way of working that combines independence with reliability. This includes reviewing priorities, raising uncertainties early and keeping track of agreed responses.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
