Do you enjoy working with people and want to turn your communication skills into a self-employed business activity? We are looking for interested people from Essen to support self-employed sales of digital appointment management with Terminking.
Your tasks
You research businesses for which appointment management is an important part of daily operations. You identify relevant points that could lead to a useful discussion. You prepare a specific reason for the conversation, choose a legally permitted contact method and organise your research so that you can address the business's situation specifically during the conversation.
What you bring
You can listen attentively, communicate clearly and reliably record agreed steps. Sales experience is helpful; a career change can also be a good fit if you are willing to learn and prepare in a structured way.
Your development
A useful personal learning goal is to make preparation and follow-up for conversations a regular routine. This allows you to recognise progress in the quality of your work and in increasingly clear next steps.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Illustrative calculation
To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
