You can develop a self-directed working routine step by step. We are looking for interested people from Karlsruhe who want to explain digital appointment management clearly and pursue their sales goals with persistence and honest communication.

You set aside time for research, preparation, conversations and documentation, and review your priorities regularly. Based on the outcomes of your conversations, you identify where further discussion would be useful and which approaches you want to develop deliberately in your day-to-day work as a self-employed professional.

You feel confident preparing business conversations independently and asking questions openly. Clear communication in German and respectful interaction with different business contacts are important.
Your development
Set yourself milestones that you can influence directly, such as more thorough preparation or more complete conversation notes. These goals help you shape your day-to-day work as a self-employed professional deliberately and reliably.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
The calculation is simple; building a customer base takes work: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission x an assumed 30 euros per month would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This does not establish an expected income.
