Starting in a new field begins with a realistic understanding of the role. We are looking for people from Zürich interested in self-employed sales who would like to learn about digital offerings and independently prepare for relevant business conversations.
Your tasks
The solutions you will sell are Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You familiarise yourself with the approved information about the agreed offerings and record any outstanding questions. You then prepare business conversations with specific companies in mind. You ask about their needs, clearly explain confirmed features and services, and note the agreed next steps. Where you lack knowledge, you seek clarification before making a firm statement.
What you bring
You are confident using common digital tools and can record information in an organised way. When something is unclear, you ask questions instead of making unverified statements to your contacts.
Your development
You can develop your own conversational style from actual feedback. What matters is that you remain clear, listen well and reliably distinguish confirmed information from unresolved questions.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
