Are you good at explaining things and keen to learn about digital topics? We are looking for people from Berlin to provide self-employed sales support, with an interest in needs-based conversations, clear agreements and independently organising their working day.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You maintain an organised overview of your agreed sales activities and the status of each conversation. You record questions, requested responses and next steps so that information is not lost. You review your planning against actual results. You distinguish between your own activity, expressed interest and a customer relationship established by contract, rather than treating them as equivalent.
What you bring
You are confident using common digital tools and can record information in an organised way. When something is unclear, you ask questions instead of making unverified statements to your contacts.
Your development
You can look at professional experience from other fields in a new context and identify strengths relevant to sales tasks. These include listening, organisation, clear explanations and reliably following through on agreements.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
